AboutICLS -conference aims
The 9th International Congress on Logistics and SCM Systems ICLS 2014 will be held in Poznan, Poland from 1-4 July 2014. The congress aims to provide an international forum for leading researchers, educators, and practitioners to discuss ideas, exchange experiences on the latest development and seek opportunities for collaboration on the latest implementation and enhancement of sustainable logistics and SCM systems in the dynamic market. This Congress cordially invites papers with academic thinking and industrial successful case examples from researchers, educators, modelers, software developers, users and practitioners in universities, industries and research institutes in the logistics and SCM systems field. Present the emerging environmental issues in organization and management of supply chains.. Therefore, authors are invited to present, innovative approach to eco-friendly organization and coordination of logistics processes and supply chain configuration. This congress emphasis will be placed on sustainability in logistics and manufacturing. The effort to improve supply chains using environmental friendly management approaches results in manufacturing performance improvements by developing new ways to manage product quality, quantity and production system flexibility by collaborating with suppliers, dealers and consumers..
